§ 13.16.050. Violation

  • Any person being the owner or occupant of any premises within any sewer district in the city upon which any cesspool, privy, privy vault, or slop hole that is not connected with the sewers of the city is existing, upon whom the notice provided for in Section 13.16.040 has been served, who shall refuse, fail or neglect to connect such premises with the sewers of the city within sixty (60) days after the service of the notice, shall be in violation of this code. Each day such public nuisance exists after the expiration of sixty (60) days after the service of the aforesaid notice shall constitute separate offense.
