§ 13.16.060. User classification
A. It shall be the duty of the city clerk to classify all users of sewer service in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, and to notify the users of the class in which placed. In the event any user is of the opinion that certain premises for which he or she is responsible are improperly classified, he or she may make written application to the governing body of the city for reclassification, which application shall contain the following information:
1. Name and address of the user;
2. Location and use of the premises sought to be reclassified;
3. Type and kind of all plumbing fixtures installed on the premises;
4. Different kinds of waste discharged into the sewer system;
5. Average water consumption on the premises during the six months immediately preceding the application.
B. The applicant may submit such other information in writing as he or she desires, and he or she shall state which classification he or she believes should be approved.
