§ 13.20.100. Fuel adjustment—Effect on rates

  • All customers whose rates are established by this chapter or amendments thereto, or any other ordinances establishing electrical rates in the city, will have their billing adjusted upward at a rate of 1.1 mills (11/100 cents) per KWH used during the month for each mill (1/10 cents) by which the city's average fuel and/or purchased energy cost per KWH delivered to the system during the preceding calendar month that is more than thirty (30) mills (three cents ($0.03)).
