§ 13.20.110. Administrative impact fee

In addition to any rates established or assessed to any user of electricity furnished by the Pratt electrical system of the city, each user shall be charged an administrative impact fee as follows:

A. A five dollar ($5.00) monthly administrative impact fee shall be assessed to all residential users, including those receiving the following services:

1. Residential service rate schedule;

2. Residential electric range service schedule;

3. Residential all electric service rate schedule;

4. Rural residential service rate schedule;

5. Rural residential electric range schedule;

6. Rural residential all electric service rate schedule.

B. A ten dollar ($10.00) monthly administrative impact fee shall be assessed to all commercial users, including those receiving the following services:

1. Commercial service rate schedule;

2. Commercial heating and cooling service rate schedule;

3. Small power service rate schedule;

4. Large industrial service rate schedule;

5. Rural commercial service rate schedule;

6. Rural commercial heating and cooling service rate schedule;

7. Rural small power service rate schedule;

8. Rural large industrial service rate schedule;

9. Manufacturers service rate schedule.
