§ 13.04.310. Cutting through or excavating under pavement

In all cases where it becomes necessary to cut through or excavate under or remove any part of the street or alley pavement to lay water pipe, a special permit must be obtained from the plumbing inspector of the city before commencement of the work and in no case shall it be permitted unless it is absolutely necessary. In all other respects the work shall be governed as provided in Section 13.04.300.
