§ 13.20.100. Fuel adjustment—Effect on rates

All customers whose rates are established by this chapter or amendments thereto, or any other ordinances establishing electrical rates in the city, will have their billing adjusted upward at a rate of 1.1 mills (11/100 cents) per KWH used during the month for each mill (1/10 cents) by which the city's average fuel and/or purchased energy cost per KWH delivered to the system during the preceding calendar month that is more than thirty (30) mills (three cents ($0.03)).
