§ 13.16.180. Observation, sampling and flow measurement

  • A. When required by the superintendent, the owner(s) or any property where industrial wastes are discharged to a building sewer(s) shall install a suitable structure(s), together with such necessary meters and other appurtenances, to facilitate observation, sampling and flow measurement of the wastes. Such structures, when required, shall be safe and accessible and shall be constructed in accordance with plans approved by the superintendent.

    B. The structure shall be installed by the owner(s) at his or her expense and shall be continuously maintained by him or her.
