§ 13.16.170. Pretreatment requirements

A. When necessary, the superintendent will require installation of industrial pretreatment facilities for discharge which could impact the performance of the utility's treatment plant. A list of such controlled discharges shall be filed with the city's public works office and shall be open for public inspection at all reasonable office hours.

B. Where pretreatment of flow-equalizing facilities are required by the superintendent, they shall be continuously maintained and satisfactorily operated by the owner(s) and at his or her expense.
