§ 13.04.270. Connections installed at consumer's expense

Service connections shall be installed at the expense of the owner of the premises served, but shall at all times be under the control of the city for all purposes of the city and city is responsible for maintenance thereafter from the main to the property line. Defective curb cocks, curb boxes, meter boxes and meter box covers may be installed or replaced at the direction of the water superintendent.
