§ 8.16.040. Hazardous materials routes

The provisions of Section 8.16.030 shall apply to all streets, avenues, highways, roadways, alleys or other public rights-of-way within the city except those specified within this section where transportation of hazardous materials shall be allowed. Transportation of hazardous materials shall only be allowed upon the established truck routes as provided in Section 10.16.030.
