§ 8.12.070. Obstruction of fire hydrants prohibited

Latest version.

A. It is unlawful for any person to place or cause to be placed upon or about any rubbish, building material, fence or any other obstruction of any character within ten (10) feet of any fire hydrant in the city.

B. It is unlawful for any person to plant or cause to be planted or allowed to grow upon any property any shrubs, trees or planting of any kind within ten (10) feet of any fire hydrant in the city.

C. It is unlawful for any person to fasten any guy wire or brace to any fire hydrant in the city.
