§ 8.12.050. Districts for storage of flammables

Establishment of limits of districts in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks and bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gases is to be restricted.

The limits referred to in the code incorporated in this chapter in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, and the limits referred to in the code incorporated in this chapter, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are established as follows: The fire limits of the city as now set forth in this code or as hereafter prescribed by ordinance.
