§ 8.08.090. Same—Failure to comply

A. If, within the time specified in the order, the owner fails to comply with the order to repair or remove the structure or commence the same, the enforcing officer may cause the structure to be repaired or removed.

B. Prior to taking any action under subsection A of this section, or under Section 8.08.120 of this chapter, the enforcing officer shall conspicuously post a notice on or about the structure that no person, except those authorized by the enforcing officer, shall enter into or remain in or on the subject structure. Violation of such notice by any person shall constitute a misdemeanor.
