§ 8.08.020. Definitions

For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings:

"Enforcing officer" means the building inspector or his or her authorized representative.

"Structure" means any building, wall, superstructure or other object which requires location on the ground or is attached to something having a location on the ground.
