§ 5.24.060. Restrictions on location

No retailer's license shall be issued for premises which are located within two hundred (200) feet of any public or parochial school or college or church, except that if any such school, college or church is established within two hundred (200) feet of any licensed premises after the premises has been located, the premises shall be an eligible location for selling and dispensing at retail alcoholic beverage. Said distance is to be measured from the nearest portion of the building occupied by any such school, college or church to the nearest portion of any building occupied by the establishment selling or dispensing at retail such alcoholic liquor.
