§ 5.16.040. Underage purchaser

  • A. Except with regard to serving an alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverages as permitted by KSA 41-308a, 41-308b, 41-2610 or 41-2704, no person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall possess, consume, obtain, purchase or attempt to obtain or purchase alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverages except as authorized by law.

    B. Anywhere alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverages are sold, such business shall post in a conspicuous place that it is unlawful to sell any alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage to any person under twenty-one (21) years of age.
