§ 3.04.050. Petty cash fund—Public utilities

A petty cash fund for the use of the public utilities owned and operated by the city is established. The petty cash fund for the use of the public utilities is to be used as follows:

A. To be used by the city clerk and the city treasurer for the purpose of making change in connection with utility bills;

B. An additional amount may be deposited in the designated city depository. This amount is to be drawn upon by check for the purpose as authorized under KSA 12-825a.
