§ 2.84.040. Affirmative action plan

An affirmative action plan has been prepared describing an affirmative action program for the city. The purpose of the plan is to serve as a guide in the city's efforts for quality in employment and career development of its employees. The affirmative action plan which has been prepared and published in notebook form is incorporated by reference for the purpose of stating the city's equal employment opportunity policies. No fewer than three copies of the affirmative action plan shall be marked or stamped "Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Pratt," and shall be filed with the city clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours of business.
