§ 2.08.010. Departments established

Latest version.

A. The following administrative departments of the city are established:

1. Department of law;

2. Department of finance;

3. Department of public safety;

4. Department of electricity;

5. Department of public works.

B. The departments shall consist of such city officers and employees, their needed assistants and such other members as may be appointed from time to time by the city manager.
