§ 15.32.070. Ground-supported antennas

  • In the case of ground-supported antennas, a wooden pole may be used when that portion in contact with earth is satisfactorily treated with a wood preservative. Poles or self-supporting towers shall be set in the earth not less than five feet deep. Pole steps shall not be closer than seven and one-half feet from the ground or other readily accessible place.
