No television or radio antenna shall hereafter be erected in the city if such antenna
is more than thirty (30) feet above the roof upon which it is mounted, or if on a
self-supporting pole or tower, the antenna shall not be more than sixty (60) feet
high, nor shall any existing antenna be increased in height, rebuilt, structurally
altered or relocated, unless the owner or building thereof shall first obtain a permit
for the construction, alteration or relocation thereof, and unless the same shall
be construed, altered or relocated in strict conformity with the provisions of this
chapter. The permit to erect, alter or relocate such television or radio antenna shall
be obtained from the office of the electrical inspector.
