§ 15.04.130. Powers to make rulings

  • A. The building inspector shall make rulings and regulations to properly carry out the purposes and intent of this code, and to protect life, limb and property. Such rulings shall be along uniform lines and be subject to appeal to the building board as herein provided.

    B. The building inspector shall pass upon any question relative to the mode or manner of construction or materials to be used in the erection or alterations of any building or structure or part thereof, to make the same conform to the true intent and meaning of this code.
