§ 13.20.170. Restoration of service

A. Upon the customer's request, the city shall restore service promptly when the cause of discontinuance of service has been eliminated, applicable restoration charges paid and, if required, satisfactory credit arrangements have been made.

B. At all times, every effort shall be made to restore service on the restoration day requested, and in any event restoration shall be made not later than the next business day following the day requested by the customer.

C. The utility may charge a reasonable fee for the disconnection and restoration of service.
