§ 13.16.120. Revenues to be deposited in separate fund

All revenues derived from sewer user charges shall be deposited with the city treasurer and credited to a separate fund denominated "sewage disposal fund." Such revenues shall not be paid out nor distributed except for the purpose of operating, maintaining and renewing the sewage disposal system and the payment of the salaries of employees engaged in the operation and administration of the sewage disposal system.
