§ 13.04.360. Special requirements of the superintendent

In cases that are not specifically provided for herein in connection with the proper management of the Pratt waterworks system, the water superintendent is authorized to make special requirements or rules to govern the same, which shall be binding upon the parties concerned, the same as if incorporated herein.
