§ 13.04.330. Plumbers—Requirements

A. Plumber Not to Supply Water. It is unlawful for any plumber to supply water to any person through any connection while his or her work is being done and to give or loan any curb cock key to any person or persons.

B. Rules Apply to Plumbers. Any plumber who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the rules or any special regulations of the water superintendent, or shall refuse or neglect to correct his or her work after notice of any irregular work within a reasonable time, shall be subject to the penalties of this chapter besides having his or her license revoked.
