§ 13.04.070. Authority to shut off mains

The city reserves the right at any time without notice to shut off the water in the mains for the purpose of making repairs or extensions or for other purposes, and all persons having boilers within the premises not supplied by tanks but depending on the pressure in the mains to keep them supplied are cautioned against danger of collapse.
