§ 12.32.080. Duties

The cemetery board shall:

A. Make recommendations to the city officials and staff for caring for graves, and beautifying Greenlawn cemetery;

B. Make recommendations to the city officials and staff for the expenditure of cemetery funds for the maintenance, care and improvement of Greenlawn cemetery.

C. Make recommendations for the expenditure of all funds deposited in the endowment fund of Greenlawn cemetery, except that as to any donations or bequests made by an individual owning lots in the cemetery for the purpose of maintaining any specific lot or lots, then any recommendations for the use of such funds shall include the sufficient income from the donation or bequest to be used annually to care for the lot or lots in a manner provided by law, and any excess shall be used in the care and maintenance of the cemetery.
