§ 12.32.060. Cemetery board established

There is created a cemetery board of five directors. The directors are to be appointed by the mayor with the consent of the governing body, from the residences of the city at large, but no person holding any official position under the city shall be appointed a director while holding such office. The director shall receive no compensation for the services. In addition to the five directors appointed by the mayor, the city manager or his or her designated representative shall be an ex-officio member with no vote in board matters.
