§ 12.32.030. Moneys

Latest version.

There shall be transferred to such fund such moneys as shall, in the opinion of the governing body of the city, be available therefor as provided by law, either from moneys on hand in the cemetery funds not otherwise appropriated or from profits derived from the sale of lots and any contributions made by individuals for the benefit of the fund.
