§ 12.20.080. Reasonable care—Hazards

  • Any person, firm or corporation who shall have leased, rented or otherwise acquired the lawful use or possession of any of the real or personal property of the city shall use, occupy, operate or manipulate the same with reasonable care at all times and refrain from damaging, altering, moving or removing the same, and refrain from committing waste thereon except for such specific purpose as may be authorized by the board of commissioners or its duly authorized employee, and such persons, firms or corporations shall not in the course of using or possession of such property permit any hazards with regard to the health or safety of other person or property to arise or exist.
