All persons having lawful access to public buildings, parks, playgrounds, airport
roads, swimming pools, shelter houses, tennis courts, baseball parks, and other such
facilities within the police jurisdiction of the city shall conduct themselves in
a safe and prudent manner at all times having due regard for the safety of other persons
and both public and private property therein, and all persons shall obey the directions
and instructions of the city employees having supervision of such places or areas
or other duly authorized persons acting pursuant to authority of the governing body
of the city.
