§ 12.20.020. Public grounds—Rules and regulations

The governing body is authorized to adopt suitable rules and regulations governing the use of all public grounds of the city and the facilities thereon, which shall be open and available to the general public. Such rules and regulations shall fix the conditions under which the grounds and facilities may be used and the charges, where charges are authorized, to be paid to the city for such purposes.
