§ 10.12.070. Collection of penalty fees

Latest version.

All penalty fees collected by the municipal judge of the city and all other penalties collected for the violation of this chapter shall be, by the municipal judge, paid over to the city treasurer of the city, and credited to the same fund and in the same manner as other fines collected by the municipal judge of this city are credited.
