§ 10.12.050. Semitrailers backed to curb

The driver of any semitrailer, backed up to a curb upon any street, shall turn the tractor and keep the same turned at as nearly a right angle to such semitrailer as possible, and in the direction in which traffic is moving upon the side of the street where stopped.
