§ 1.02.010. Adoption

There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference for the purpose of setting future long and short term goals and objectives to guide the future development for the city of Pratt, Kansas, that certain plan known as the "City of Pratt Comprehensive Plan 2001 Update," prepared and published in notebook form by EBH & Associates, Pratt, Kansas. No fewer than three copies of said Comprehensive Plan shall be marked or stamped "Official Copy as Adopted by Ordinance No. 0118," to which shall be attached a copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter, and filed with the city clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
