§ 13.20.190. Underground services

When an applicant or consumer of residential class of a single-family dwelling or a duplex two-family dwelling desires an underground service, it shall be the responsibility of the applicant to furnish trenching and backfilling, conduit and fixtures on house and poles. All underground services shall be run through conduit. After service has been established, all responsibility for repair or replacement of underground service conductors will be borne by the applicant. Underground services may be required by the department in service areas where all are underground.
