§ 13.20.010. Electric utility superintendent

The electric utility superintendent of the municipal power plant shall be appointed by the city manager in the manner as provided for other officers and employees of the city. The electric utility superintendent shall have and perform the duties required of him or her by the laws of the state and of the city subject to the direction of the city manager.
