§ 13.16.140. Prohibited discharges— Pretreatment

The discharge of matter deleterious to the proper operation of the treatment plant into the sewage system is prohibited. Pretreatment of sewage in unusual cases to prevent overloading the sewage treatment plant is required, and the city manager is authorized and directed to establish exact requirements in appropriate cases.
