§ 13.04.020. Use of meter required

It is unlawful for any person to use any water supplied by the municipal waterworks of the city without the same having been measured through a meter, except when a permit has been secured from the city clerk for the use of water without installation of a meter, and it is unlawful for any person to pipe around or in any manner use water supplied by the municipal waterworks in such manner as to cause the water so used not to be measured by the meter.
